Even though we secure a permit for your location, Central Park remains a public space. This means that we can’t block off the area, but the permit ensures your right to hold the ceremony at your chosen spot.

Every season in Central Park offers its own unique beauty. Spring and fall are popular due to the pleasant weather, but the best time depends on your personal preference.
When do I get to meet with my wedding team?
You’ll meet your team as soon as you acquire a package and the planning process starts. Your Location Manager will be available for walkthroughs and rehearsals on your big day.
How do I pay for my Ceremony?
Payments are made securely via the Happenings™ website, using debit or credit cards. You start payments 30 days after signing up.
How do I arrive at my location in the park?
We’ll give you a map with nearby cross streets and entrance locations closest to your ceremony spot. Our staff will also be on hand to guide your guests to the ceremony location.
